WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We ship all over the Contiguous United States for low flat rate prices.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

The delivery driver will call 24 - 48 hours in advance of the delivery. Track your shipment to see a delivery time frame (usually a 1 week span of time). Track your shipment by entering your Tracking Number. For questions about delivery, contact focusfurniturelogistics@gmail.com


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks of being transferred to us. Depending on your location (rural, beyond points, etc) please allow up to 5 weeks from order.


All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged, notify us immediately. If you receive a damaged item, we will assist you in receiving a replacement as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE SOMETHING DAMAGED?


Most of the furniture we deliver is fully assembled. Some bed frames, dining tables, desks, etc will require minor assembly which is not included. 

IS ASSEMBLY INCLUDED?


The delivery driver will bring the item through the front door for you. Let us know ahead of time if there are any obstacles such as a walk up building with no elevator.
